I am passionate about consistency. Consistency has helped me achieve success in business and in life. To stay consistent, one has to follow certain basic rules of consistency, like; perform some sort of physical exercise every day, eat healthy food three times a day, go to sleep at night early, wake up early, reduce stress, stay positive, be happy and make use of your planner.
